Make a cycling track and walking track parallel to the railway track as most tourist and locals walk on the uneven track to Matheran from aman Lodge. Keep cycles for hire.

Give better support to manual rickshaw and horse drivers. Better monitoring of the horses.some horses are whipped excessively. Some horses are made to carry huge loads of gas cylinders ,bricks and sand for illegal construction??

Better mobile towers and WiFi,bolt,GSM  etc right now 2016 there is zero data connectivity on some networks like Vodafone Mumbai

Card and mobile payments for entry and hotel fees .in 2016 it is sadly a 100% cash economy. And requires tourist too carry change.don't know why there is a change shortage in Matheran may 2016??
